			<description><![CDATA[ WE could always save money in townhall by not sending out annual taxbills. There is no mandate to send them out. It is a courtesy. We all know where we live
and own property. We all know there is a taxbill due. We could save $2000=$3000 a year simply by having folks go to townhall when the bill is due, and pay it. ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ I&#39;ve heard more than a few folks upset about the &#39;new&#39; dates for the tax bills. Course, they have been discussed since they were changed, back at
Annual Town Meeting. Seems to have caught more than a few folks unaware !

Then again, there is NO REASON to send out the tax bills, none. It is a done as a courtesy, and cost a coupl thousand each year in mailing and printing costs.
